Alt Name: Rock Bay. Opened: 1944. Status in 1944: RAF RLG. Current use: --. Remarks: Boa Island seems mostly to have been an anchorage, sheltered by some islands but very convenient to the broad lough, main take off waters. Today there are bits of concrete etc about, remains of small slipways etc.
