Alt Name: Hainault Farm. Opened: 1916. Status in 1944: RAF. 24 Balloon Centre.. Current use: Recreation. Remarks: Now Fairlop Waters Country Park with lake and golf course obliterating most of the site. Some peritrack still remains, as does a T2 hangar converted into a children's activity place (very strange to see!).
