1 Royal Tank Regiment went North from Walsrode
Having liberated many of their old comrades the Division pushed on towards Soltau.
1st RTR went north from Walsrode, while 11th Hussars scouted the outskirts of the town only to lose a scout car to a, by then, rare Panther tank, which 8th Hussars then destroyed.
